The regional Duma (the lower house of the Federal Assembly) of Moscow will not pass a proposed law that bans the promotion of homosexuality to minors because it contradicts the existing laws. Moscow will not be joining Saint Petersburg and a few other parts of Russia that have already passed this odious law. Excellent news!
