More than 500,000 people celebrated gay pride on the streets of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Sunday. The 1.3 kilometre parade featured 15 carnival floats, drag queens, DJs, people dressed in carnival outfits, a giant rainbow flag and hot scantily dressed men (as you can see in the photos.) This year’s focus was the issue of homophobia in Brazilian society.
